How do I track my order?

Once you place an order, check your email for your order tracking number.

When will I get my order?

The default shipping method is Canada Post Express. Express Shipping usually ships between 1 to 2 days and has live tracking available.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

How can I be notified for discounts?

Subscribe to our email to be notified for discounts, restocks, or any other special offers.

Must USA customers provide prescriptions?

USA customers are required to provide us with a prescription from your licensed eyecare practitioner when ordering under the Fairness to Contact Lens Consumers Act.

What prescription lenses do you sell?

All of our lenses are decorative, cosmetic, non-prescription/0.00 diapoters/plano soft contact eye lenses made with CE 0197 and ISO 13485 certifications and compliance with US FDA.

Is this color available?

If the color you want is out of stock, email info@allanlenses.ca. All colors are restocked regularly. Subscribe to our email list to be notified for restocks.
