Before wearing your contact lenses for the first time, we recommend soaking them in contact lens solution for at least eight hours. Wash your hands before placing the contact lenses on your eyes.

To ensure your contacts are comfortable and provide clear vision, you must only wear your contact lenses as prescribed by your eyecare practitioner and follow all recommended instructions. AllanLenses' eye contacts are all 0.00 diopters/PI.

To our USA customers: you are required to provide us with a prescription from your licensed eyecare practitioner when ordering.

Allan Lenses follows the Fairness to Contact Lens Consumers Act which gives us the rights to request and receive your prescription. If you're ordering eye contacts from our site, even though they are all plano/non-prescription, you still must provide us with a prescription from your doctor.

Please wear your contact lenses as prescribed by your eyecare practitioner or medical provider. You must follow all recommended instructions per your prescription.

If you're experiencing any eye irritation from direct use of the contact lenses, discontinue use immediately and contact your eyecare practitioner. 

Providing Prescriptions

All contact lenses here are decorative and cosmetic use only, available only as 0.00 diopters/PI. You must provide us with a prescription from your doctor by emailing help@allanlenses.ca Please also include your prescriber's contact information so we can verify.

Verification Process

Once you upload a valid copy of your prescription, either through creating an account or completing an order, we will contact your prescriber directly to confirm.

If you're emailing help@allanlenses.ca with your prescription, please also attach your name and order number.

When you successfully send us your prescription by any means aforementioned above, and when we attempt to contact your doctor, an eight hour window is opened.

Within these eight hours, if no response is heard from your prescriber, then your prescription is automatically verified.

Unfortunately, we're unable to process any refunds or offer any exchanges that don't comply with the following at this time.

If your order was damaged when you received the product, or it wasn't the color you ordered, contact info@allanlenses.ca immediately with your name, order information, and clear photographic evidence of the defective or incorrect items. The product must be untampered with, unopened, and in its original packaging.

We will not accept returns that have not contacted us prior, nor will we accept returns that are in tampered with or no longer in unopened packaging. If we find that the evidence is suffice, we will initiate a return label for you.

After we physically confirm that the product was damaged or incorrect, we may process you a refund or store credit or exchange. However, if your request was made one week after you received your order, we will deny your request. So please, if your order is wrong when you receive it, contact us immediately. We're happy to help!
